When it came time to purchase a generator for my new home, I didn’t consider calling anyone else. Tom called shortly after my online service request was sent and provided great advice on the best solution for me. He even called around to find the right generator for me and I was able to call Lowes, purchase the generator over the phone and then picked it up later. Tom and Adam installed a transfer switch as well and walked me through every step of getting the generator up and running. In addition, Tom remembered that he had recommended a whole house surge protector for the new house and brought one on the truck. He was able to replace the old protector at the same time. I recommend Schumann Electric without reservation – their level of customer service is outstanding and I wouldn’t consider calling any other electrician.
