Great customer service!!!! I currently lease out my property so coordinating service to the unit can sometimes be a hassle but Tom was AMAZING! I googled Electricians near Chester Springs and I came across his website. The site is easy to navigate and schedule an appointment. It was great turn around as I scheduled it on Friday for Monday morning. Another thing I found great was that he actually gave me a rough estimate of what my service would cost. I knew the problem going in which probably helped, but so often with contractors, they don’t want to give out any pricing info without an onsite estimate. I found this very helpful. His estimate was on point, even a little less! My repair was completed in a matter of minutes, I paid with a credit card over the phone and received an emailed receipt immediately. This whole process could not have been easier!! I would highly recommend Schumann Electric!!!!!!!!!!!
