Excellent work and very prompt!

Tom wired my hot tub and did a magnificent job. After calling a couple other places and never hearing back, I made one phone call to Schumann electric and my hot tub was installed within 24 hrs!

We had a problem with our meter so I called Tom to come take look. He came the very next day. Gave me a one hour window and hit it perfectly. He was very professional and not too expensive. Its great to finally find a reliable, go-to guy for all my electrical needs.

I found him on an internet search and so glad I did. He returned my call immediately, and the service was prompt and to my complete satisfaction. He called before any work was done to talk about what the problem was and how much it would cost. I would def. use them again.

Very Good Electrician - I had Schumann Electric out now I think for the 4th time in the past couple years. I will not use anyone else. This time it was to wire up our new hot tub. They are always on time and the job was completed as agreed. Each time I always felt I got my moneys worth. I'm very particular when using a contractor as I was a flooring contractor myself for many years. If you want a reliable electrical contractor at a good price call Schumann Electric.

Great customer service!!!! I currently lease out my property so coordinating service to the unit can sometimes be a hassle but Tom was AMAZING! I googled Electricians near Chester Springs and I came across his website. The site is easy to navigate and schedule an appointment. It was great turn around as I scheduled it on Friday for Monday morning. Another thing I found great was that he actually gave me a rough estimate of what my service would cost. I knew the problem going in which probably helped, but so often with contractors, they don't want to give out any pricing info without an onsite estimate. I found this very helpful. His estimate was on point, even a little less! My repair was completed in a matter of minutes, I paid with a credit card over the phone and received an emailed receipt immediately. This whole process could not have been easier!! I would highly recommend Schumann Electric!!!!!!!!!!!

I used Schumann Electric twice at my old house - they were quick to respond, quick to come out and the work was of the highest caliber. When it came time to purchase a generator for my new home, I didn't consider calling anyone else. Tom called shortly after my online service request was sent and provided great advice on the best solution for me. He even called around to find the right generator for me and I was able to call Lowes, purchase the generator over the phone and then picked it up later. Tom and Adam installed a transfer switch as well and walked me through every step of getting the generator up and running. In addition, Tom remembered that he had recommended a whole house surge protector for the new house and brought one on the truck. He was able to replace the old protector at the same time. I recommend Schumann Electric without reservation - their level of customer service is outstanding and I wouldn't consider calling any other electrician.

We needed a new generator installed because of frequent power outages and dreaded calling around to find the right electrician. I called Schumann Electric and after a 15 minute phone conversation all of my questions were answered and concerns addressed. He was able to come out the next day to do the install. Tom and Adam were GREAT! They showed up on time, did an excellent job, were clean and friendly and stayed within the quoted estimate.......NO HIDDEN CHARGES!!

These guys were able to come out the day after we called and install two new outlets and some other work. The guy that came to our house (Adam) did an awesome job and was polite and professional. We would definitely recommend Schumann Electric to someone else.
